Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

One of my favorite meat is beef. Especially when there is a little bit fat with it, it just makes the meat taste richer and delicious. Today, I’m going to share a quick and easy recipe with you that doesn’t take but ten minutes to cook. Of course, this dish taste well with a warm bowl of rice.

Ingredients:
Sliced beef (used beef that has fat)
Chopped vegetables (I used frozen vegetables)
Salt
Pepper (optional)
Seasoning sauce (optional)

Steps:
1) Slice the beef thinly.
2) Heat up a pan on medium heat for thirty seconds and then add in the meat. Notice how I didn’t add in any cooking oil? That’s because we’re going to use the natural oil from the beef fat and that also gives extra flavor. If the beef you have is completely lean, you can see if the store sells beef fat and add in a few slices of beef fat to get the oil.
3)When there are no more red slices, add in your vegetables. And let it cook. (See tip below).
4) Add salt, pepper, and sauce.
5) Serve hot with rice.

Tip for vegetables: If you’re using frozen vegetables it doesn’t take long to cook so you can add that after cooking the meat. However, if you’re using fresh vegetables it takes longer to cook. So fry the vegetables first for about 1-1.5 minutes and then create a little well in the middle and add the meat. Stir and cook, by the time the meat is finished cooking the vegetables will also be done and still have that crunchiness.

  1. Delicious! This dish tastes fantastic especially the beef, the oil, and the soft vegetables. The last time my mom cooked it, the dish was cooked with bell peppers. It’s also a dish that is cooked whenever there is a gathering. Thanks for sharing. Zoo heev! ^_^
